•• i just watched her make the same mistakes again ••
name: Gabrielle Rose Devereaux
nicknames: Gigi, Gabby
gender: Female
age: Twenty-one
date of birth: May 16th
sexuality: Straight
heritage: French
grade: Junior
major: Fashion design•• what's wrong, what's wrong now? ••
hair colour: Light brown and falls in light waves.
eye colour: Crystalline blue.
build: Very skinny, but not sickly.
height: 5'7'' and loving it.
weight: 110. She hates eating.
piercings: Her ears and belly button, but she hides both from her parents.
tattoos: Are you kidding? Her parents would kill her.
paragraph: Gigi doesn't really look French, but has full French blood from both sides. Her hair is a chestnut color, and varies from dark to light depending on how much sun she gets each day. It falls in light waves to the middle of her back, and she is usually seen wearing a headband. It's her signature look. Her eyes are a light blue, and are one of her more prominent features. They are very good at revealing how she is feeling which she has always hated. Her nose is tiny and insignificant, but has been called cute by some people. Another one of her more significant features are her lips. Naturally pouty and light pink, they are usually pulled into a smile or smirk and finished off with gloss. Her skin has a healthy bronze glow, like it was kissed by the sun. No fake tanning for her. She prefers laying out in the sun by the pool with her shades and a Piña colada. Being a fashion designer, she is obviously up with the latest fashions and has to always look her best. This is very true for Gabby, for she never leaves her dorm looking trashy or stuffy. She prefers to wear dresses and heels, but will dress casual chic when necessary.
Her build is very thin, and it doesn't help that she is tall. She doesn't tower over people, but has always been one of the more taller people in her class. Even though her weight teeters on unhealthily thin, she still manages to have curves in all the right places. Her chest has always a problem for her, but the guys don't seem to mind. Overall she is an extremely pretty girl with confident and stylish looks.

history: Gabrielle was born in the bustling city of Paris, France and her parent's knew from day one she was born to be great. Her parents had always been interested in fashion, dressing her in the latest fashions even before she could walk. Once she started talking it got even worse, always stopping in different boutiques and wanting to try on clothes that were too big for the toddler. She knew growing up she wanted to go into the field of fashion.
Her parent's had always been supportive of her, and treated her and her sister equally. Her and Anna had a common sister relationship, fighting some of the time but always caring for one another. Gabby would steal her sister's clothes and makeup and Anna would be there for Gabby when she needed girl talk. They sort of grew apart once Anna left for Europe to travel and eventually go to medical school and Gabby was stuck in New York. Though they still make time to visit and hang out whenever one of them gets some free time. Though much to Gabby's disappointment, her parent's visit her much more then her sister does and it drives her crazy. She hates that they live only a hour away and she sometimes wishes she lived far away. But other then that she loves her family and wouldn't know what to do without them.
personality: Gabrielle loves to have fun, and that is what she loves best about college. The fun she gets to have all the time, 24/7. She is very flirtatious and fun, and is a bit teasing and seductive. She appears innocent, but once you talk to her you'll see she is the exact opposite. Oozing confidence, she is clever and a bot arrogant but not in a bad way. She can be blunt, and won't hold back. She tells it like it is. Like any other upper-class person, she is stubborn when she doesn't get her way and can be a bit vain and spoiled at times. Despite her more negative qualities, she is extremely loyal and friendly and would do anything for her closest friends. Blessed with natural charm, she is nice to talk to but might think of herself before others at times.
likes: Guys, lattes, kissing, hugs, laughing, dancing, dogs, friends, gossip, drinking, sex, makeup, clothes, shopping, parties, Mahattan, Europe
dislikes: Fakes, Liars, stuck up people, fat people, bugs, unibrows, mandals, fake blondes, nerds, reading, excuses, pop music
fears: Being disowned, spiders, and dieing
criminal record: None
secrets: Gabby is not a virgin like her parent's think. Her parent's still think she never even got to second or had a drop of alcohol, but she hides it well from them. To them she is a perfect angel.

A sigh of relief escaped the young girl's lips as she exited the Great Hall, glad to have finally gotten through the annoying task of being sorted. It had been her and a bunch of nervous little firsties, all wondering if they would be put into the wrong house, and spend the rest seven years with a bunch of people totally opposite of you. She was glad when she had finally been called up, but had not expected the worn out chatterbox hat to read her thoughts, and reveal them to everyone watching. She had been expecting to be put into Gryffindor, and was both surprised and nervous when the hat had called out Slytherin, her aquamarine eyes landing on the green and silver clad students cheering from the sidelines. Not remembering even arriving at the table, she recalled what the hat had said about her, his description of her very spot on. Overly confident and headstrong. Arrogant and controlling. Loyal and fun-loving. All qualities perfect for either of the two houses. Hufflepuff was out of the question right off the bat, and even though she was intelligent and good looking, her personality was more fit for the two rivaling houses.
The headmaster's speech had been way too long and useless, for she had already had a meeting with him when she first arrived. If falling asleep in the mashed potatoes was fashionably acceptable, then she would have been snoring seconds after it begun. But no, she kept her dignity and stayed awake through it no matter how tortuously boring it was. But finally it ended, and life seemed a bit more exciting again. Though no matter how happy she got, she was still slightly upset that she had no friends here and she was older then alot of people. So what if her family's name wasn't squeaky clean anymore? Was that really a reason to send her out if the country? No one has a perfect reputation, even if her parent's didn't want to believe that.
Her steps out of the hall were slow, and she had left after all the first years had gone, probably off to find there common rooms and chat amongst themselves idly. There would be time for that later, but for now she wanted to look around and take in everything about the castle. It looked nothing like Beauxbatons, and was very different in many ways. Even the outfits were different. Everywhere she looked she saw plaid skirts and plain looking black robes, draped over the students who looked like they were drowning in the fabric. She missed the light blue silk uniforms that were worn in Beauxbatons, and hated the image of herself in the formless black cloaks. Shuddering at the mere thought, she looked down at her own outfit and smiled, glad that she looked different from everyone else in her pale white dress. Though she hoped it would be worth it attending this school. But she knew many important people were Hogwarts alumni, and that calmed her aching stomach. Running a hand along the cool stone wall, she looked around at a few students walking past her and up the moving staircase, noting how empty the halls were. Where was everyone? Weren't the halls supposed to be packed with students, all pushing past one another trying to reach their destinations? It was odd, and made her feel even more lonely.
Still looking around her and taking in everything completely unaware of her surroundings, she felt herself collide with something, a slight sneer crossing her features. Very unladylike, she knew, but she didn't care. "Excusez-moi," she spoke, her tone slightly irritated. She knew it was her fault, she hadn't been paying attention to where she was going. Though she would never admit it, and would pass it off as someone else's fault. She was simply in a bad mood because her parent's sent her out of the country, to a totally different school. Merlin how she hated them for it. Looking down at the person, she crossed her arms in front of her and waited to see of they would respond.[/blockquote]
